Special thanks for Sanj. I was hesitant with the contactless rental process but Sanj was super friendly, helpful and patient with walking me through everything step by step. Sanj definitely made a huge difference in my experience as as a result I will be hiring with Easirent again.

Appalling experience after 1.5 hours of waiting for our hire car and couldn’t get it. The worst experience imagineable. Had to go to Heathrow and rent with a reputable agency instead. These guys shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

Thanks Sanj for assist us.. after the booking and submit the all form needed.. need to call them to get the payment link and signed the online agreement and call back to get confirmation on details and get the key and get the car.. good deals and price but need to understand very well the process..

I was a little bit nervous about Drivalia’s virtual service model but was reassured by Sanj who helped me check in over the the phone and with my first pick up. I am now on my third rental in under a month and am a fan, thanks to Sanj and the Drivalia team!

I was enthusiastic about a contactless rental at this convenient location. However when I arrived I was assigned to a tradesman's van rather than the small car I had booked, and of course there is no one around to deal with the issue at the time. I submitted a complaint and no response after 3 months. Very disappointing.

We want to thank Sanj. Manager at the Easirent Queensway facility. Torrential rain in London completely flooded the facility. He did us a big courtesy and took us through it all in his private vehicle. A super kind act for which we are most appreciative.

Took us 1.5h to get the keys because we had to speak to x different people until we got to a solution. It wasn't the agents' fault but the company policy. Also £1500 deposit for a car that was not even cleaned before they rented it out is unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN!
