Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Salisbury

Thank you Enterprise Salisbury for all your help and support with a rental vehicle whilst my car was in the garage. Ross and Beth were friendly and informative throughout the whole process and managed to go above and beyond to get my dream car in! Definitely a positive experience all round.

Enterprise have been amazing. My accident was traumatic and having the courtesy car from Enterprise was a blessing.
Abigail, from Enterprise, was lovely, helpful, sympathetic and friendly. She came out to the house to pick me up and drive me into pick up my courtesy car. She gets full marks for her professionalism.
I recommend Enterprise and would happily use them in the future.

We rent a 9 seaters car for a day we find the booking service and whole renting process very easy .Brilliant customer service.The guy (I think called Jarry) sorry I forgot the name 🤦‍♀️was super polite and kind .I would recommend this company.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! the staff were rude and don't even answer the phone! I returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as they gave it to me. Put £25 of fuel in to get it back to quarter of a tank now they charge me another £22 what for??? I have put the fuel in the car this is absolutely ridiculous to charge me again and I have tried to get through on the phone for an hour no reply! AVOID!!!!

Awfull service they seem to fail to tell you the actual total amount so we ended up spending a total of 500 pound for a van we only had for a few hours. It would be much cheaper going to u drive if you're looking for a van with a budget since they have took me way over my budget plan without actually telling you the extra charges they put on top after you already paid to book the van.
