Where do we start with these guys, to begin with they offered me a Toyota Auris which had faulty buttons, this was not picked up by their inspection team but by myself when I had done my own inspection. They then replaced that one with another Auris (LS17BWM). This Auris was left outside for me to just take home. This was not inspected with me with a member of staff like the first one had so I carried out my own inspection and took pictures. I made sure everything I saw was captured on camera. This car did not even have a basic clean, the seats looked like the windows had been left opened and rained on, leaving heavy stains. The car had cracks and scratches on various panels and exterior components. Few weeks down the line, I tried to upgrade to a Lexus but after 3weeks of trying, I gave up as non were available. The Auris had only one working speaker, it had a horrible suspension knock, rips and tears in the interior, I had to strategically drive in the dark so to hide the dirty seats which I ended up cleaning myself to enable me to do day shifts.
The car has now been handed back earlier than I wanted to because of the issues and no replacements available. I am expecting rent money and my deposit back. This is where the company shows its true colours! At first, they send me an invoice of £300 for a small crack on the outer part of the rear light lens, not the entire lens just the outer quarter which anyone who's had a car before will know these do not cost £300.
I sent them pictures of this damage, which proves it was damaged prior to me taking the car and I don't think it went down to well, they are now telling me the £300 is not for the light, but for the rear bumper!!!! (Which is not on their initial invoice nor a picture of the damage supplied) Basically, pinning it onto something else because I have given them proof the light was already damaged.
I have sent them pictures of the damaged rear bumper; I can only wonder what they will try and pin the £300 onto next as they seem desperate to make the additional money!
They fail to understand that I have requested for a Lexus, because that’s not available I have requested a Corolla again which is not available. They would rather rob you then do business with you.
BTW when I returned the vehicle, the inspection guy, displayed his heavy right foot action. Wheel spun off in one of their vehicles and likes to skid around in the car park. Makes you wonder who truly damages the vehicles and how some of these damages happen.
Only pro to the company was Michael who was helpful and professional the whole time.
Check out the pictures for the quality of their cars. It's gone back to them in a much better condition yet they are trying to bill for existing damages! What an embarrassment.
Still waiting for my money back…
The process was quick and simple. Didn't have the beat credit but was still able to get a buy to rent. Thank you.
Rent to buy is a total waste of time and money, they will charge you at least £15k over the actual value of the car and provide no help what so ever. Avoid unless you are desperate.
I returned it to get another car.
They charged me for not cleaned.
Some marks on the alloys which is wear and tear.
They kept my deposit for a small scratch.
The seat inside had marks so they took advantage of my payment
It's a rental car it should come with a seat cover.
Bad communication and to get a pco car staff are rude.
I wouldn't recommend anyone gong there to get a pco car.
Biggest mistake going there 😡
