Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Bedfont

Spot on car rental - yes it’s £15 for an Uber to the terminal but you’ll save that and more renting from here rather than on airport. Friendly service, honest and they know what they are doing.

Terrible location. Enterprise said they had cars available, so we booked and received confirmation. At 4pm the day before - pickup was at 9am the next day - the location went ahead and cancelled our reservation and warned us not to attempt to rebook.

Avoid.

Although the location is off from the airport, it cost us £10 to reach the car rental using a black cab from terminal 4. It was worth it considering the savings on the rental when compared to that from an airport. Van was clean. The staff were helpful to offer us an alternative when our van was involved in an accident and deemed unsuitable for driving just the day before our arrival. They dealt with the situation well and compensated accordingly. They offered to drive us to the airport as addition to the compensation of our mishap.

We had a really good experience after a delayed flight and the branch closing at 12. We arrived 12:30 and Rachelle was still around waiting for us and she saved our weekend!

I had a terrible experience with Enterprise Car and Van Hire. I was charged for a car that was damaged, despite the company's own insurance company telling them it was not. The rental car company claimed to be able to repair the car, but did not, so I asked to be refunded. When they refused, I contacted the company's customer service department, but it would not help me.

Great team, each and everyone are very polite and professional. Have decent selection of vehicles.

Came over to the UK with members of my sons soccer (Football) team. 8 Person van was perfect!! Everyone at Enterprise was fantastic. So helpful! Answered all of my dumb American questions. Just off the airport (10 minute cab ride) They even gave me a ride to the train station when we dropped the van back off. Traveling with a big group can be rough. It was so much more economical to rent the van than manage 8 people through train sttaions, strikes, and schedules. Thanks everyone! Cheers!
