Brilliant service, I was able to hire a small van at short notice and the price was great too. Staff were friendly, explained everything and overall it was very easy to hire and return! Good quality vehicles.

Excellent service, absolutely no problems whatsoever. Both branches, Perth and Stafford, were exceptional. We were on the final day of a coach holiday but I fell ill so couldn't remain on the coach. The easiest way to get back home was to hire a car, Arnold Clark came up trump's, thanks so much.

Best car rental experience from start to finish i have encountered!

I've been renting cars for over 20 years each time i return to home to visit family. This is by far better than all the other brands that are considered top tier (those that appear at the top of general search results).

I rarely write reviews, however in this case its very necessary.

Renting can be full loop-holes , hidden costs and pushy reps - dealing with the friendly people at Arnold Clark was a delight.

Arriving into Manchester I selected Stafford branch which is an easy 1hr 15min train ride away (due to the lack of cars in Manchester available). I was greeted at the station by a friendly driver in the very car i would be renting, in order to 'save me the trouble' of transferring luggage into another car at the collection centre which was a wonderful start.

Arriving at the Stafford branch i was looked after by a very warm and efficient team and quickly on my way.

Rented a Mercedes E-Class estate vehicle for 3 weeks which was more price effective than all the other providers for a much lower grade vehicle.

This is a AAA grade business with strong ethics and super customer care.

Great service Abby, Bethan, Aneeqa and the great drivers to and from the train station.

I'll be seeing you the next time!
