A friend and I rented two cars in Italy for a week from Red Fox Luxury Car Hire. We got a Huracan Spyder and a Ferrari 488 Spider. Both cars were delivered on time. They had so many scratches and damages that we took a lot of photos to get them all documented before taking them over. The nightmare began when we returned both cars without any new damages from our side. The deposit has been released on our credit cards. But at the same time without talking to us a few thousand Euros on each credit card were blocked from a third party company we never heard of or had any contract with. The communication stopped with our rental agency, but we received some invoices from them for parts of the cars that were clearly already damaged. The amount of the bills matched the charges of our credit cards. It took us months to get the money back. Thanks to the charge back service of our cards. Now, a year later we are receiving tickets from the Italian authorities for cars we never drove and for months we have not been in Italy at all. This nightmare seems not to end.

I hired 6 vehicles to transport VIP clients during 2 weeks of conferences and everything went smoothly.

I was anxious at the beginning of the enquiry because of bad experiences with other companies, but everything went perfectly. The cars were in perfect condition, just as described.

The customer service was excellent, Harry was a pleasure to deal with. They checked in to make sure all was well throughout the entire hire. I will definitely use them again for further high-end clients.

Everything went easy to rent the Lambo, just with a few texts, without any issues! We rented last minute without problems. Delivered right where we wanted, a car in super conditions. Everyone has been super friendly!

Bad experience. They kept the hole deposit with no valable reason. Complaint has been made but the garage has ignored us. We rented a red Lamborghini evo for a month.

Perfect experience from start to finish . Picked the car from the Urus from the airport dropped it at the airport hassle free , everything is very well communicated and I highly recommend that if you want to rent any car in Europe this is the agency you should always choose eyes closed.

Me and my husband rented a Lamborghini urus in Switzerland for nine days with Mr Harry letter whom service was immaculate. The delivery and pick up was smooth and easy with no delays. We needed extra milage which was provided at a small extra cost.
We will be going on holidays soon again and we will definitely use red fox again🦊😁

At the beginning the contact with Harry was great but if there is a problem Redfox will not take responsibility for the dispute. They cover themself adressing you an invoce with the iban of the garage who owns the car and refused to be paid directly. We therefore had to manage on our own directly with the garage (in our case with DI FOSSI Daniele the owner of INTERNATIONAL LUXURY CAR HIRE SRL) a garage in Florence which is much less friendly. If you have any problem with the car you cannot expect to get back your deposit. The taking on the deposit is not explained by any invoice or proof. We had to incur this estimation.
I supose that it is great to rent through Redfox if you have no problem but if somewing goes wrong during your trip be prepered to get a good juridical insurance and lose lot of time 😩😩😩

Harry. I would like to know on what evidence you are basing your accusation that we sublet the Lamborghini we rented from you in June. I have checked with my partner Johan in charge of the car, no other person than him has driven the car despite what the owner of the garage in Florence tries to make believe. Could you at least tell us who is the person who thinks he saw another driver than Johan driving the car? And who treated you of car burning??
Please check again our conversation:
The contract stipulated an inclusion of 2400km per month and we did 2800km.
Our only fault was the fact that we exceeded the 2400 km limit of the contract and the rims were slightly scratched during a parking. We wanted to find a middle ground and returned the car to you 10 days before the end of the contract. Moreover, this does not give you the right to use the entire deposit of 10'000€ and to ignore our request for explanation... no invoice or written explanation was sent to us despite my repeated reminders. Moreover your parton called me from England to threaten me to withdraw my comment.
So with all these problems and false allegations I also made my investigation concerning the garage of Mr. Di Fossi and the tenant of the same car who rented the car the weekend before us also believes to have been cheated. He feels that he has been charged a fee on his deposit that is not justified.

I sincerely hope that redfox will take this dispute into consideration and that it will choose its partner garages more carefully.
