Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Wolverhampton City Centre

I hadn’t been back for 5 years and got a rental from these guys to see family in England. I got looked after by James and my experience was fantastic, great customer service and the car was great too. Thanks for the help mate, keep up the good work

Don't care if the car is good ( its Great ). What mattered the customer service hear was TIP TOP, first class, superb, brilliant, no idea what these guys names are (sorry) but they went above and beyond to help me, and they were REALLY busy. Even gave me a bottle of water while i waited because it was hot. Well done and THANK YOU very much keep it up. 5*

Car broke down rented a van through the AA service was quick and speedy and had a vechile for me to drive away in with in 30 mins. Vechile was collected from my place of work. Vechile was clean and tidy and overall a good service provided

I have been renting from Enterprise over the last few years. This was the first time the vehicle developed a mechanical fault. I discussed this with the staff and the costumer service I received was fantastic. The recovery vehicle was sent with in no time and when the fault could not be rectified, I was given a new vehicle with in 2 hours. Throughout this process the staff kept in touch with me. Just wanted to say 'special thanks' to James Malpass at Wolverhampton Branch and Zubes Miah at Oxford Branch for all their help and support.
