Been using for lots of years now fleet is generally in really good condition. They get very busy so make sure you book in advance. They dont open on Sundays.

The male who attempted to ring my Husband wasn't very polite and hung up the phone whilst I was talking. He was very rude. We made a booking but cancelled it by leaving a voicemail message. The male mentioned above who telephoned my Husband today disputed this and advised we didn't cancel it, as he was apparently the only one in the office. I'd advise him to check his voicemail messages before accusing customers of not cancelling and having the audacity to hang up on customers! I tried calling back but only got through to voicemail. There's nothing like rubbish customer service to get your day started!

Reasonable prices, great fleet, reliable vehicles, friendly staff. Definitely using again.

Hired a car last minute here. One guy running the place was very fast and efficient. Described perfectly what I needed to bring and do before hand. Car was great. Affordable too. The only negative I have to say is that the phone number goes to the trowbridge office and the guy there said he would get me a call back and didnt. So I just turned up at shepton and was dealt with fine.

Super easy service . Jack and Simon were great, extremely accommodating and willing to go above and beyond.

Such good value for money. Good service, clean modern fleet. Overall, a good place to rent a van.

I have used Williams dozens of times consistently for many years. Vans always clean and well prepared. There was a freak occasions when a mirror glass dropped off, they took me at my word and did not penalise me. All in all I cannot think that they could have treated me better.

I've had three of their vans recently, two were for local use as far as Bath n absolutely no broblems at all! The other one was to take stuff up north n back n it could not have gone much better. It went so well that we decided after doing the drop in Leeds to turn round n come straight back. Now obviously we did have the odd stop on the up n down legs of the trip. Honestly it went great, the vans drive really smoothly, are so easy to drive, l normally drive a tiny wee car! We didn't have any milage restrictions n even have to pay any extra (like some local hire firms) or lose any of our deposit. So we were truly well happy using this FAB local n long established Shepton Mallet business.
