Great company very friendly and helpful, needed a vehicle with a tow bar to move our Caravan as we are still waiting for our new car to arrive. I made a phone call to Jag telling him what we needed, he couldn't have been more helpful. We were made aware of all the costs involved and if we needed the vehicle dropping off at our house and collecting, in my opinion a brilliant service takes all the trouble of having to go and collect the car. The car was delivered and I was given a walk around to point any any scratches or dints etc and was then shown the controls. They have a good selection of vehicles to choose from but because they are busy we had the choice of a couple of 4x4. We decided to go for the Ford Ranger a bit of over kill really didn't know I was even towing a Caravan. The car was in great condition very clean inside but as you would expect the odd scratch on the outside. The car came with a 13 pin to 7 pin adaptor which made life easier as our caravan is nearly 20 years old. If I ever needed to hire another car with a tow bar then I would definitely be using this company I would highly recommend them, brilliant customer service.

We broke down with our car and trailer in Lincoln today, within 1.5hrs I had a vehicle and driver turn up and we was able to cross load the trailer and get it back home whilst my brother in law dealt with his broken down truck.
The manager was very friendly and responded fast.
The driver was just fantastic and very professional and well mannered and a very safe driver.
I would highly recommend this company for all 4x4 services.

We needed a tow vehicle for our 2.5t caravan as our Range Rover had a mechanical issue. Jag was helpful and professional from the initial enquiry through to the delivery and collection of the vehicle we hired (Toyota Hilux). I would highly recommend this company's services and would definitely use them again if required.

After breaking down with our trailer and horses in it. They came with a driver and collected us and drove us to our yard. It is stressful breaking down with horses and very worrying. But after an hour we were on the way with a lovely driver who drove very carefully. Thankyou so much for helping our unusual request. We just wanted to get home and not wait four hours for recovery. 100% grateful and the price was very very fair.

I needed a tow car to bring my 2000kg caravan home for the winter. The Toyota HiLux twin-cab was perfect for the job.
