SIXT Car Hire - Bristol Airport

The employee was very friendly and has responded to all my wishes even the situation that my luggage did not fit into the booked vehicle was solved pleasantly and quickly.

In addition, the employee was able to reproduce a few words in my language, which helped me to feel directly arrived.

I can only describe the staff at Bristol Airport as great.

My recent flight into Bristol Airport was delayed and so I was sure that I would miss my window of opportunity to arrive at Sixt before it closed for the night. Fortunately for me, I was kindly greeted by a very friendly and understanding member of staff, Mr Robinson, who had kindly hung around for me.

I don't always leave reviews but I wanted to give props to such great customer service and to say thanks again to Mr Robinson, for taking the time out of his day to wait around for me and turn what could have been a tricky situation into a pleasant experience.

I was also impressed with the ability to place a security deposit with debit card. Top marks all around, I'll certainly be looking to hire from you again in the future.

Special shout-out to Mr. Mark Robinson! His amazing personality and good mood really made our day. He was super helpful and went beyond his duties to make sure we were happy with our Sixt experience.
Unfortunately I didn't get her name but the young lady that was working there that day was also super friendly and sweet.

Was a very pleasant experience! The gentleman who helped me was absolutely WONDERFUL! he told me as an American where I should go and what I should eat. He spent time to get know my interests and tailed his advice around those. The car was clean and absolutely lovely. Everything was up to date and easy to drive. I highly recommend Sixt rental to anyone traveling on holiday to the Bristol area!

Excellent experience. Mark was an absolute star..,very kind, thoughtful, took me to the car & explained its various features, even though he was late leaving and I was the last customer. Excellent car too, very clean. Definitely booking again.

Well motivated staff at Sixt Bristol Airport that understand what customers go through when their flight leaves late at night. Mark stayed behind until 10 PM so I could collect the vehicle and continue our onward journey. The staff went out of their way to help recover my daughter's lost mobile phone and keep it safe until we returned. Very efficient check-in and return process. Will be using them again.

Easy and quick collection from Bristol Airport on Xmas Eve. Good reliable motor and no problems with dropping it off. As long as you clean it out, do not cause damage and fill up the fuel on drop off, you won’t have issues. Also was £100 cheaper than anywhere else during the most expensive time of year. Cant fault them.

Their customer service is first class, prices are best in Airport, Cars are great..BUT, within 24 hours after drop off ,and despite assurance that all was well, NEW DAMAGE had been discovered, and a case opened , which was very stressful. See comments online, many many people have been targeted.
However, following email and photo evidence, Sixt have redeemed themselves and closed the case. Very much appreciated. Would still hesitate to use them again.
