Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Nottingham North

Amazing experience in renting the Van on the Enterprise of Nuthall Rd, from the first contact, even in the chat when there were questions and were quickly answered.

When we went to collect the Van, everyone was super friendly and kind, especially SABA who was fantastic, professional and dear and answered us all the questions.

And the moment of van's return, we were greeted with sympathy and joy by SABA.

Talking about a van, a Ford transit custom 2021, new van, is perfect size for what you need. We love the van!

I definitely recommend renting with Enterprise, easy, fast, unique customer experience.

I had a very pleasant experience with Enterprise Car Hire (North Nottingham).
I was passing the rental office and so decided to pop in to make my booking in person.
I was greeted with a friendly smile by The Manager Nick Moody, and was quickly booked in to hire a Compact Class car for my weekend break at the coast.
I was very happy with the price and the insurance options that were clearly explained to me by Nick Moody.
I chose the extra peace of mind of cover with a very low excess applied to me in the case of an accident.

My pickup was on a Saturday morning at 9AM and I arrived early at 8:30.
I explained that I was not in a hurry,and to do what you need to do because I was early.
Despite this,Nick quickly came out with the key-fob for a lovely Ford Focus Active that was not 2 years old yet and had less than 18k on the clock.
Nick efficiently demonstrated the key "Need To Know" features of the car,we did a walk around to note how lovely and new it was,and after a few mins of breakdown and accident formalities being explained by Nick I was on my way at about 8:50am a happy man.

The car was Excellent!, it drove perfectly!, it was extremely economical on a long run and had some very nice features including sat nav, cruise control,A/C,lane assist and others.

I returned the car at 8:30am Monday morning after a perfect drive of 206 miles... I noted that I would have incurred extra charges for 6 miles with (other) hire company's,but not with Enterprise Car Hire.

I was again greeted with a smile,this time by Saba!, she efficiently and diligently checked the car for damage and told me that she was happy to issue my deposit refund.
Nick was very busy but took the time to ask if I was happy with the car and service, I replied, Yes!, I'm very happy and would like to book in for another car in 2 weeks time please!.

Excellent service!, Excellent People!

If you HAVE to use this company due to your insurance policy, then exercise extreme caution. Once this company knows an insurance company is paying for the courtesy car, they will try and claim any menial expenses they can from them, with no regard for the policy owner and the impact it'll have on them.

If you have to speak to this branch on the phone, depending who answers the phone depends on the level of customer service you will get, and when picking up the car, they just want you off the forecourt as quickly as possible and will use the line of "oh don't worry about that as it's being covered by insurance".

My advice to anyone who has to use this company is to make sure you take videos and pictures of the vehicle they give you, especially of pre-existing damage (don't pay attention to the "it has to be bigger than this circle" spiel they'll give you).

I have never had to make use of a hire car company before but congrats Enterprise, you have made my first experience unpleasant and unnecessarily stressful.

Very professional and excellent customer service. Especially liked the easy to book online service. Issue with automatic fuel charge was dealt with very politely and quickly. Would definitely recommend and use again

This showroom never seen 3 Pakistani lads before very racist and racially profiled is sayin we were drug abusing the car but i just got a 20£ Vallet done i and when I said let me smell the car they wouldn’t and don’t know how they could say that and they never ever met me before would not recommend and going to ring other manger as the one working on a Tuesday doesn’t really care and don’t go on a Tuesday!!!!!! staff is appalling

My daughter has had to trust this company to supply her with a functioning vehicle (after an accident, she was not at fault, it was the other driver) They
provided her with a car that the heating doesn't work, not a problem until the temperature drops to minus centigrade. So when she has to leave for work at 5.15am, she can not raise the temperature to keep the windscreen from freezing. Which makes the car undriveable, which defeats the object of the cover she pays to have a courtesy car. She has now complained and requested a replacement and has been told she will have to drive said car to collect an alternative vehicle to Birmingham, she lives in Nottingham. This is not the service I would expect from such a well established company. Maybe they keep all their below standard vehicles in Birmingham, hirer's beware your getting dodgy cars.

In the last two months, I've hired two cars from the Enterprise Nottingham North, Nuthall Rd branch. Both times were very easy. I pre-booked online and when I arrived staff were very friendly and polite; I dealt with Annie, Amil and Rob. Cars we're both in great condition. The first time the car I had ordered had been returned with a fault so it couldn't be hired out, but they upgraded me for free with a better car. I'd definitely recommend this branch.

I cannot rate Enterprise at Nuthall Road in Nottingham highly enough . Following an accident in which my car was written off , my insurance company - were completely useless at keeping me informed of what was happening with my case . I was given a beautiful car with only 5000 miles on the clock and constantly updated by Lee about how to proceed when I could not contact the insurers to find out . He was friendly , compassionate and patient . The rest of the team in the office were likewise friendly and helpful every time , during the 4 months I had the car , I had to go there. This includes MC who quickly helped me to return the car yesterday .
