Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Histon

Fabulous service with all staff showing a 'positive 'can do' attitude that is reflected throughout the Enterprise branches - both in the UK and Europe. This was the only company that could help with a hire car whilst my damaged vehicle was being repaired and, through parts issues for my own vehicle, Enterprise were brilliant in enabling me to keep the hire car longer. Well done Histon and Bracknell staff!

Great customer service. Fiona even helped me with my bags when I got the car. They even accommodated in getting me a car with Sat Nav in it. It was a breeze to check in even though I only had a US driver’s license. No non-sense checkout. Highly recommended.

The van is fine, just very frustrating waiting to get it. Booked for 9am but have to wait 40 mins to get served. Minimal staff making for very slow service.

Good service and reasonable price. The guy doing the damage inspection got a bit confused, but overall pretty good. The vehicle itself was fine.

Van was good and rent reasonable. Customer service was very slow however, poor communication getting bounced around various enterprise departments with no actual response. The site is also poorly managed with slow pick ups and drop offs interfering with people fuelling at the petrol station on the doorstep. Despite being promised in person and over the phone that it would be removed and then me chasing it up again a 'refuelling charge' was never removed from my final bill. This charge for being half a litre below the original tank level was particularly ridiculous as the petrol station is literally on the doorstep and I returned the vehicle hours early, so had I not been told the charge would be removed I would have just filled it up there and then. Overall a disappointing experience and I will be looking elsewhere when I need a van in future.
