The staff are friendly and always go the extra mile for their customers. As long as these guy's are in business, I will always give them my custom both personally and for business.

Slick operation, booking by phone, checking out the vehicle and then return was all very user friendly.
Vehicle was top notch, clean, all functioning, handover and familiarisation really good.

Just had to cancel my booking due to a change in plan. It was dealt with really quickly with no cancellation charges due to notice period I'd given. Have used this firm for years and streets ahead of the larger companies for service etc. Thoroughly recommend them.

Cheapest place I found to rent a car.
Staff were ok but not exactly welcoming.
Vehicle was brand new, so all good. I wasn't impressed with the handover, as the guy didn't go through any of tge controls, what to do if I had a puncture or any sort of accident. Fairly typical nowadays - 'we've got your money, get on with it' - customers just seem not to matter!

Great customer service! On short notice needed to hire a van and Longmarsh saved the day ! Better to drop by and book rather than to book online as it can prove problematic
