Europcar Prestwick Ayr

Desk shut when we arrived at 14:20, no one willing to let us have the pre booked car till midnight, absolout joke of a place.will never use euro car again.Arnold Clark in Ayr will come and collect you from airport and were cheaper too.cannot praise them enough.

This is a very dodgy outlet of Europcar at Preswick Airport. Not even at the Airport at some trading estate.

There is a guy there called John and you should avoid at all cost. His customer care skills is nil simply atrocious. Shouts at customers, if he does not get his way or you ask question.

Called to confirm that the car has been returned with no damage and all is okay. Said that the car will be collected the next day and will be advised.

Then Then I requested my fuel deposit said that the car was actually collected today and money will be returned within 10 day. A real liar

They try to sell you extra insurance and scam you by saying if you don t take it you will lose automatically £1,000.

Very slow in returning hire deposit up to 10 day back when they take the deposit straight away. Simply cannot believe that this is part of a global organisation.

This John is a poor example of customer car and services.

Terribkle service brought relevant documents as stated in email and told me wasn't good enough waste of £32 for a taxi wont be back!

Staff couldn’t have been more polite or helpful. Easy pick up and drop off. No problems or issues whatsoever.

Trued to claim we done 84 miles in one of there cars when we only done 33.6 miles they had the cheek to charge me £24 for fuel after we returned the car full

Very poor service. Car not delivered to dealership on agreed time and trying to get car picked up was so frustrating. Over 2 hours waiting on phone to answer so gave up.
