There are a few different connections to make here to be fair but it is one of the hardest stations to get your head around. It is a real pain to understand well. Be prepared and give yourself a few extra minutes if you are connecting to another journey. This could be a frustrating situation.

There are two entrances. The platforms are on various levels so can be a bit confusing for a first timer to navigate but staff are helpful. Can get packed during peak hours as it's a junction. Train frequency is ok

When I went to this station, I found it very complicated. If I didn't have my friends by my side and they didn't know the way, I would definitely have a hard time. Those who read my review will often be first-time users of this station. Please read the directions of your destination carefully, there are also a lot of stairs and very problematic for strollers and wheelchairs. A lady was carrying a stroller in her arms. When I saw him, I couldn't help him because he was already on the last step.

The station is neat and good but the overground running between Stratford to Clapham junction and Stratford to Richmond trains stopping at the other platform rather than the one showed on the Map. The one that shows on map is

An annoyingly confusing and not very accessible station, with loads of stairs everywhere and platforms all over the place, if you are not into transport you will probably struggle even if they have done their best to make it less confusing,
Either way, trains are regular and it would be nice if the platforms were arranged better since I didnt make my connection as 1. you have to use the pink oyster reader half way and 2. the stairs and not sure whether it is your train or not just make it worse.

The staff on the other hand are very happy to help and that's a great thing! Overall, the services are brilliant too! I just wish it was more organised in terms of the construction but not much can be done here I suppose.

A major changeover for London Overground trains, hence quite busy. The station is kept clean and has toilets. It would be great to see some decent cafés and snack shops given the importance of this station.
The changeover for Wembley Central Station is also not well signposted hence the 4 stars.
