always fair on price and do an amazing job on repairs. twice now I've walked in asking for a same day repair--I don't have a car and cycle 10 mi each way to work--and they've gotten them done while I wait. I have an ebike and get the motor servicing done at the dealer but get all of my mechanical repairs done at BA. I've tried a bunch of different shops in Cambridge and these are the only guys that have been consistently good, fast, and not condescending or rude like a lot of other shops!

My bike was repaired elsewhere and honestly, nothing changed, it only got worse. I brought it here on recommendation from another bike shop nearer to me as they had no appointment availability for a few weeks. They were able to repair it right away, their advice matched the other shops & they also validated my concerns about the first shop. After much anxiety over this, they were so kind and willing to help make sure I felt safe on my bike after the repair and best part - no worry of not being able to get around without a bike if you commute daily on one! They have a replacement & once you give your details you can use it & bring it back when yours is ready. Great idea! 👍 My bike feels so much better now. & no more accidents/near misses on the road because they repaired and replaced what was needed! Finally! Thank you :-)

Definitely the best and most supportive bike repair and maintenance place in Cambridge.

They are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, without looking down in those who don’t have any knowledge of bikes.

The service here was unreal, super friendly and nice guys. I only needed a small usually hard to find bolt for my seat and was in a pinch, they welcomed me with smiles and chats and found the bolt almost instantly amount tons of almost every part you could ever need, it was amazing to finally find a shop that actually stocked parts bikes actually need!!!! then helped put it in my bike and refused to charge me for it. 5 stars for some of the best bike service and nicest guys I've met during my trip here!!!

Disappointing in terms of value for money. The price quoted was very high indeed. I felt i had to go ahead as the repair was urgent. The work on the bike was ok but i am sure it could have been done far more cheaply elsewhere to a good standard.
