We arrived two hours early, and that, with young hyperactive kids!

We had to wait it out until our booking time, as it couldn’t be changed on the system.

There are absolutely no facilities for waiting. We were sitting on the concrete.

i've had a terrible experience. couldnt use the car i paid for then they said they would give me a full refund but its been a month and i havent received not a quid back. countless emails sent to no avail. be careful with this company

Never dealt with such an inexperienced company in my life. The staff have no idea what is going on nor care to how to help people. We go for a holiday and the entire time we can't relax and enjoy ourselves with issue after issue with avis. No number to call if you're travelling from overseas and nealy impossible to get a hold of this particular branch in genral. Payment issues that they seem only take from you on a whim. Out of all my dealings with any particular company or pickpockets in general. Avis is certainly the worst my wife and I had the displeasure of wasting our time with. I can't in good concious not warn people this is not a good business and they will take your money with no care which will lead to near constant problems with the one service they're meant to provide.
