I was huffing and puffing in shock how utterly slow she was . In todays climate its unrealistic, please recruit someone new for your company's professionalism please this is unacceptable to the hard working people out there.
Had the paperwork eventually, got walked out by a staff member who asked what did I think of that service !! So Days knew the problem already
Took the car as so late back for theatre at hospital work.
I had this car for a week , went back Monday morning saw 2 people looking frantic like I did a week ago trying to hire. I had absolutely no time to wait we work case to case I dropped keys and went . She did mutter something I left I had work.
Love and behold I had a phone call now "36 yes 36 hrs later " explained they had to top car up , yes I drove from Swansea down to work , dropped car off immediately. She said they have a very small dent !!!!!! On back of car . NO WAY !!! CAR WAS FINE !!!!!!
She said I will call you tomorrow when you have time as I was talking to a colleague whilst she was on the phone ! Yes I work in theatre you phoned me .
Said over £100 was being deducted for this. I was fuming , saying no was dismissed by her with a stupid laugh after it.
I had this car back with no damage at all by myself , but I removed the Mcdonalds chips ftom the back door well, removed the Wimbledon note previous customer had left but I left the note the staff had written on in the passenger foot well.
So people don't get STUNG like I did , its unacceptable behaviour who knows how many people this happens to daily .
Check check check your returned car, as she told me its going out that day I brought it back but yesterday I was told I could come view this dent I didn't cause . Don't lie lady it's unprofessional and ugly
The car was in good condition and worked well. No problems.
Drop off was also slow, about 20 minutes, which made it tight catching it train.
Avoid if you can. Book further ahead with someone else. Our problem was they were the only option when booking a week or two before.
Much slicker check in, thank you, different service agent.
Thank you for the quick response, to put it in context, I arrived at 0815, someone being served, one waiting, then me, second member of staff arrives at around 0830 , 9 am before we are walking out to the van.
