Always excellent service and clean reliable vehicles. Although a little dearer than the big companies they don't ask for silly deposit amounts. Well worth it to deal with a very friendly and helpful human being instead of a corporate robot.

Firstly the company are still living in primitive times. Awful website and no booking feature. Calling up is like calling up your elderly relatives ( no professionalism at all). When enquiring it is literally make it up as the owner pleases on the day.

The website sais hire periods from 4 hours. Called 29/01/22 and nope only full day periods due them being in a busy period. Well having the van back sooner would be beneficial then.

I have tested this by calling on 3 separate occasions asking for different vans. Every time met with different outcome. Genuinely needing a box van for a home move the experience was just utter rubbish. That is the only way i can put it. I just went with a company that rhyme's with "mensurprise" in Wrexham. Cheaper by 50 quid and 24 hour hire not 9-5.

Also which is weird the person answering the phone wants to know the ins and outs of what your using the van for.

Generally just use someone else is what I have found on x3 occasions.

We needed a hire car at very short notice, everything was very easy and relaxed to arrange. Mr Birch was very helpful and polite.
