Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Swansea North

Tail lift Van had plenty of "love taps" on it when I collected it. That said, it was effective in its task to aid my sisters move. Will use again soon!

On receipt of the car, all was fine polite car decent etc. Following morning notice tyre complete flat. Ring the depot office, takes the car key down as requested so the can get tyre repaired, whilst I'm at work. Need the the car for the evening and they say it will be ready on my drive waiting for me and key posted. Great, or I thought. Come home from work, car on my drive but tyre still flat.

Overall great place to rent a car from, with quality and friendly staff. They even allocated a hybrid car which saved us a lot on fuel expense. Paperwork and transaction was pretty swift and easy, would definitely use again.

I work in the insurance industry and i here so many bad things of hire companies. So when dealing with my own claim i am very judgmental of dealing with companies.

I have to say from the start of this process of my hire car until its return it has been a pleasure and a easy process. So a shout out to Georgia and Ellie (High standards of customer service and customer care).

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hire company. They actually accused me of doing damage to the wheels and tyres. Luckily I took photographs and video before they gave me the car already showing the damage. Michelle (the Manager) actually said "how can 3 people who have checked the car be wrong". I said "they were all not doing their job quite clearly". Lucky for me I proved them wrong, which I shouldn't have had to do. Please avoid this place (Sway Road, Morriston, Swansea Branch) like the plague as it felt like a scam. Very annoyed. KEEP AWAY.

Pick up of the car was smooth and efficient, drop off was horrendous. My husband and two children followed us to the branch to take me home. The branch tried to charge me a £50 cleaning fee for a few crumbs! I went to asda to use their vacumn and took the car back to the branch who accepted the car. The vacumning took 5 mins and £1, considering enterprise have a 'cleaning pledge' for all returned vehicles in place this is extortionate, they are trying to exploit customers. I was particularly frustrated as my young children were restless in the car while enterprise messed about not only in trying to swindle £50 from me but also in the amount of time it took them to process the car. Will not use this branch again. Only giving two stars for the lovely lady at pick up- I think her name was Erin.
