Days Rental | Newport

Absolutely brilliant service. Both ladies were really polite and professional, from the initial enquiry call, to dropping the van back. Hired a new vw transporter, which was spotless and a pleasure to drive. £50.00 for the day. Fab!!

On the rental request I wrote that I would prefer to be contacted via phone call. Instead they emailed me. Which then delayed me phoning them to discuss the alternative transport they mentioned in the email. This resulted in me missing out on renting. When someone deliberately ticks the box saying Phone (instead of email) maybe pay attention? Poor customer service

Customer service it's very disappointing .
I have booked a van for this Thursday ,(just for 1 day) received confirmation email and that was 8 am Tuesday at 4.30pm received phone call but I missed it as I'm a night shift worker I wake up late after 7pm
They saying they are close in Friday when I seen there email it was 7.30 office is closed can't call them so I walk in the morning to explain to them that wasn't my fault they should let me know about it when I booked it and I already planned everything on my booking and I have already told my landlord I will move in Thursday.. they not care about what Situation they have but me in I even tried to speak to the site manager and called the head office no one has listened to me
I'm regular customer to so many rentals companies I haven't seen problem with any of them except the days rental.
As they say customer always right but with days rental customer always wrong 😑

You can find this establishment in a pocket dimension (without the use of the hyperspace portal) next to the red light district of Newport. Do not be fooled by the nearby “night workers” “sweet sellers” and odd jobs in the surrounding area as Days rental guarantee is still the best. Their quick and easy service (as long as you bring your legal documents) is a delight for anyone needing to rent a van or car.

Quality cars (all new), good customer service and the best rates in the country. Hired 3 different class of cars over several months. Good set up. Can't fault them. Much cheaper than any of the others that I've tried. Big £ difference.

Another great van rental from days Newport. This is my third or fourth rental from this depot and always find them really straight forward and helpful. Previous hires have been a vivaro and transit, both had only done 1000 miles or so and were immaculate inside and out. Will certainly being using them again. Cheers guys.
