Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Llanelli

The team at Llanelli are to be commended. They have kept me informed over the last 48 hours of when to expect a car.
Today they went the extra mile, delivered my car and made the whole process uncomplicated and straightforward.
I would without hesitation recommend Enterprise, your customer service is excellent, and my hire car is just what I need for the next couple of weeks.

Had a courtesy car at the beginning of lockdown in March. Service was amazing, dropped off car to address, walked me around the car while social distancing, had the car longer as expected due to the lockdown. Really friendly and polite service. Would definitely recommend

The vehicles and general customer service are good, BUT BEWARE, don't get get caught in a bus lane or speeding.
The fine gets sent to Enterprise and they will zap you with a very hefty admin charge for the privilege of forwarding you the fine. This gets taken automatically from your bank as they have your card details.

Branch Manager was exceptionally attentive…
This weekend we hired a Luton Van with Tail Lift from the Llanelli Branch of Enterprise.

As an experienced Operations Manager, I know how service delivery can be impacted due to circumstances out of everyone's control. We initially had requested a Mercedes Sprinter, but chose to upgrade to the Luton to save on fuel and this resulted in a delay to us receiving the van; however, the service we received from the Branch Manager (Alexander Marchant) was second to none. He was well presented, charming and attentive, whereby he demonstrated the vehicle and all of it's features, advised me in relation to optional services, and gave additional advice from his own experience in driving a similar vehicle. Also, he demonstrated a genuine interest in our use of the vehicle, remembering previous conversations etc.

Upon returning the vehicle this morning, Alexander was again attentive, efficient and well presented, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is a real asset to the branch as it's manager, and to Enterprise as a whole. Asking how the house move went and as a result of his customer service alone, next time I need to hire a vehicle for personal or work purposes, I will be using the branch at Llanelli!

My car had to be taken to the garage awhile back, desperately needed to hire a car, after a quick search in Google found Enterprise who were local so visited their branch in Llanelli, very friendly and professional staff, I can't thank the Branch Manager Alex & Sal enough thanks guys! Shocking customer service. Takes £300 to hire a car off them. While advertising the car is in stock. Phoned me 5 minutes before I’m meant to collect the car to say they don’t have any cars and can’t help. It will take 7 days for the money to come back to me. It’s not good enough I now have to spend another £300 somewhere else to get a vehicle.

Shocking customer service couldn’t be arsed to check other branches. Quick enough to take your money but can’t provide the goods

Booked a box van with tail lift for 12th October. Despite receiving confirmation and completing an online log in prior to collection, i had a phone call the day before to say the vehicle with the tail lift was not available but, one without the lift was. When i arrived to collect the box van, it tuned out the only van they had was a Panel van instead which was no use to me. I was then told that the correct van would be available later that day. However, later in the day i received another call to say that the replacement vehicle would not be available after all. ;Lastly, despite my paying upfront for the van, i was told it would take 10 days to get a refund !
