Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Newport

Excellent communication from the moment it was booked by a third party. The car was delivered to me at a body shop without problem and to my suprise only had 3 miles on the clock. I've never driven a brand new car so thanks Enterprise. Staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely use them again. Hassle free

I regularly use this branch for hire car rental for travel for work. All of the cars are always clean and well presented, as you would expect. The staff are always very helpful, professional and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Customer service goes a long way and it really is second to none here! Massive thanks to all the team :)

I booked focus or similar but they give vauxhall 4×4 Crossland which very uncomfortable to drive and very expensive on fuel done 250 motorway miles cost 55 pounds i wnt recommend anyone to use enterprise if do dnt pay upfront pay after confirm what car you having it was worse experience i use them before but this time was worse

Enterprise are very very poor.
Unreliable fromm the head office on.
They were supposed to supply a courtesy car while ours is in for repair, but failed at every step.
How do they stay in business.
I GIVE you one star because I can't give you any less.

Excellent service. Van was prepared and ready to go. They now do like for like on fuel, this was explained by the agent when we were doing the walk around.
Very friendly and professional service. Would use again.

Very bad service I booked vehicle online
I paid full amount and received confirmation mail from them which said all done you can pick up your vehicle
But next day one hour before picking the vehicle they left voice message for me which says they don't have vehicle available till next day afternoon which is very disappointing they spoil my all family plan after
I need to hire taxis which cost me fortune

Fabulous place! Broke down on the side of the dual carriageway, RAC took us to a garage, and arranged for us to have a hire car the same day, the assistant branch manager Sammii was so lovely and helpful and stayed after closing to get us on the road. Thank you so much, you don't know how much the smooth process and customer service meant to us!
