Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Bridgend

Staff help and courtesy is excellent and the vehicles are exceptionaly maintained, Staff commitment to their customers has a very high standard and explanation of the use and vehicle controls makes the overall experience very comfortable and a pleasure to do business with.

Found them helpful when I hired a van. Didn't charge me for not putting fuel in as needle had hardly moved. (might I think they would have if id used anymore)

Avoid using this place at all costs. I was sent here from insurance. Was given a fiesta WP20 LGC this car was battered with a chip windscreen passenger side, smashed wing mirror passenger side. Buttons to use electric windows all smashed, every single alloy damaged right around each wheel. Car has been badly re sprayed on back bumper. Scratches over body work. Here the best bit checked car over on collection... am told all these things listed are FINE, my husband points out a bit of rubber on tyre to be told yes that also fine it's if there are bulges in it. NO PAPER WORK GIVEN . return the car the guy comes out very qwick look around saying all this is FINE, he then made a be line for the tyre the very tyre we pointed out on day of collecting. Saying I can't hire this out it needs new tyre... I inform him that was there I had not done it. Still to my eye I couldn't make out what he was actually talking about. £100 later I'm paying for damage on a tyre ...it gets even better next day. The manager Alex informs Ben the car is in kwick fit and will ...wait for it 2 weeks for a tyre... only I had rang kwick fit before ring them they not had the car in since 2021. Few more calls they still don't knw where this fiesta is... so I inform them the garage that actually changed the tyre at my cost had actually returned it same day. So guys like me take photos of absolutely every part before you leave , because you won't be given a work sheet only a bill for damage you ain't done , ALSO ADMITTED HE HAS CHARGED OTHERS FOR DAMAGE AND IS YET TO PUT THE CAR IN A CONDITION THAT IT SHOULD BE TO HIRE.

No issues with the car. Everything went well, people where nice.
Unfortunately I had an accident - and their claims proces is a nightmare. I have been waiting for 2 months for it to be finalized.
I have contacted them directly, contacted their claims departement and latest made a compliant via their website. Absolutely nothing happens - no response, nothing!!!
I am waiting for my insurance company to pay out 1.000 punds, but they won’t do it before the claims case has been closed and I receive the final documentation.
I will not recommend this company to anybody

Amazing service from Harry and Alex (manager). The cars given to me weren’t meeting my needs and they arranged for new ones to be sent to me. The cars weren’t great but that’s personal preference. I dealt with Harry on most occasions and he was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thank you.

I can only say my experience with Enterprise Bridgend was amazing from the time I had my first contact to returning the car. Dan was my first contact and took his time to explain everything and I believe it was Dan who checked the car back in . Morgan went through everything on hire and ensured I understood and was polite and helpful . If needed would definitely use again

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Would never, ever consider renting from here again.
