They allow you to make a 'Booking', but don't actually have any inention of honoring it, or helping you find alternatives.

We have used them 3 time in the last 12 months. The level of service is second to none. Even when I had difficulty with the DVLA code, they helped me to get it sorted. Thank you for everything. Would highly recommend this company!!
