I called this morning at 8:45am and asked if they could have a look at my windscreen jets as they werent working. They told me to come in at 10, I was only there half an hour, one of the fuses had gone so it just needed replacing. Amazing service provided by Lee! Thank you se much!

Having problems with heater in car, earliest booking for DEALERSHIP, 7 DAYS!!! Went to West end autos, the mechanic spent over an hour checking car, couldn't find fault, told probably needed to be in for a day. After booking appointment, mechanic suggested taking car over some rough roads, not very hard to do in Blackburn, he refused any payment for his time checking, IT WORKED! If you are having any problems with your car, try them. My car is a 2016 peugeot 208.

I was recommended this garage by a family member and I am very happy I took their advice. I had an MOT and service and also knew that I needed my brake discs and pads changing. Excellent bunch of lads, great service, fair price and also very informative. They even saved the old worn discs and pads to show me the wear. I will definitely be coming back here in future.

Took my car to West End Motors after a rather bad experience with another local garage on Accrington, and they have now found the problem which was caused by the other garage and enabled me to get some closure on it and possibly get it correctly repaired. Absolutely brilliant service and definitely will not be going anywhere else going forward.

There is no enough words to explain how wonderful, caring, understanding professional and knowledgeable Lee is. It's clear to see that he knows his profession well and trained with right mind-set. I have practically taken near enough every brand car that there is (japanese, German, French, Italian & so called British) and he has diagnosed and repaired the fault in the correct manner.
