Ivydene Garage Ltd

We've been going to Ivydene for over a year now having our 2 cars serviced and MOT. The garage comes across like a family concern like the garages of old but with great competence and professionalism. Having tried many garages around Ashford we've settled for this one. We are very satisfied with the service at competitive rates. They keep you informed and give you options if repair is required. One bill we had we felt we saved £200 than if we went to the main dealer and they did a fantastic job.

I took my car in for its' annual service recently. The staff were very helpful and answered my questions. They phoned me later to discuss the extra work which was needed, giving me different options. The service was completed quickly and was reasonably priced. Since the service, my car is running more smoothly and I have no hesitation in recommending Ivydene for service and MOT.

Wonderfully helpful staff both on the phone in advance to book for my cars service, then on the day, with information requested on arrival a further call later to confirm works carried out and pricing. Upon collection they offered further information on what had been done and pricing on additional works as required, they even hoovered the car through as part of their service.Competitively priced. Overall highly recommended and have already booked my wife’s car in for it’s MOT and service!

Very good and will hopefully be back in this week for more work. The staff have very good people skills and are good at explaining things in a coherent way. The mechanic often calls to explain the details before carrying out any additional work needed, which is reassuring. The friendly and calm approach they have makes the stressful experience of car problems a little bit better. I'm no expert on prices but they seem reasonable too.

Fantastic garage , had a issue with a engine sensor for a long time and was passed around place to place until Keith at Ivydene had a look at it and got it all sorted without any issues whatsoever. Superb service , would highly recommend and will be returning for any repairs in future

Dont agree with their pricing... and extra fault they found..cant be sure if the fault actually existed or not but...just had to take my car outta there.....+£2000 grand and some change as well to the exact pence as well .... wow...just wow...

I have used Keith @ Ivydene all the time I have owned my own cars. Top quality service, always explains what the problem is in a way I can understand.
Keith even helped me to prove that a main line Audi dealer hadn’t done a proper service on my car, causing issues which they then wanted to charge me to fix.
I’ll always use Ivydene and highly recommend them.

I have used ivy dene ever since I’ve had a car. They’re always very good and helped me with all the problems I used to have with my old car and new! The guys there are always friendly and great at what they do. Very quick and efficient service. Definitely recommend!
