Called them today with my car vibrating and even though they were busy they said to pop down so they could take a look to rule out anything serious, carl nailed the problem almost immediately and was sorted and back on the road in a flash. fab service. Absolutely brilliant! Whenever I have any queries about issues with my car I can pop by and they will sort things out in a flash! They even checked my tyre pressure for me after a warning light came on even when they were closing AND topped my washer bottle up for me too! I feel as a female it's not often you can go to a car garage and not feel judged whereas here I feel very comfortable and that they will listen to the queries you have and sort it out as soon as they can for you! Free courtesy car was a treat as well when I would have had to pay for one at Carlisle Audi! Highly recommended!

We were miles from our home town and needed to get a regeneration repair on our car so we could tow a caravan back. The garage were thorough and professional making sure the problem was fixed before we left. The guys here were really friendly too. Highly recommend this garage for doing a fantastic job at a reasonable rate.

Cannot rate these guys highly enough. Professional, courteous and always helpful. They have got me out of a hole more than once. Needed an old towbar removing in a hurry and it was no hassle after just a quick phone call. I would highly recommend.
