Terrible service. Got my Polo from here and haven't had a great experience in the last three years. Never seen a more reluctant sales team, who act as though they are doing us a favour. Don't usually post negative reviews but this is after a consistently bad experience in the last 3 years. (The contract is on my wife's name since Listers replied saying there's no customer record)

Welcoming environment with friendly helpful showroom team. We were shown around several vehicles and took a test drive in our top choice which we then purchased. The process went smoothly and there was no undue pressure to spend more money. So this part fully met our ( high) expectations. The car was ready for collection as agreed.

The only disappointment was the preparation of the car. Externally it looked good but on closer inspection at home the interior had not been cleaned. There was rubbish in door pockets and cubby holes. There were drinks stains on the fabric and around switches and a sticky spray on the passenger seat back. Fortunately this was easily rectified with an interior cleaner spray but should have been done by the prep team at the dealer.

Dealer submitted warranty claim without evidence which resulted in automatic rejection. This was confirmed by other dealership, yet I was being told that they “tried their best” and “went back and forth with warranty but it’s not covered please pay us £200”. This was clearly a lie, as it was automatically rejected as other dealers could see it on their system…

After numerous calls I finally got them to submit the warranty claim properly with evidence and it was covered under warranty over a month later. This shouldn’t be my job though.

On further visits, my epxerience has improved greatly. They are easy to get hold off and helpful otherwise. Imporving my rating based on more recent experiences.

Terrible service i been there with my car they told me leave your car here till evening they are going to charge £120 for diagnostic and they will call me in afternoon they didn't call at all when i did ring them in evening myself they said leave your car here for next day as well we didn't get time to check i said am going for work tomorrow then they said we checked car there is no issue with gears as i told them about issue before and they told me other problems in car when i asked did you check gear problem they said yes we checked no problem at all but we will call you next day to let you know what to do i didn't received any call 2 weeks gone nearly and they took £120 from me
Very disappointed with service what they provide i been there because my car make is VW golf not happy at all thanks

No double yellow lines, a few victory royales. All round a great place to stop off and enjoy some XP collecting and levelling up, didn't see any pink llamas which is a shame as the carry a lot of loot 😁 Scenery leaves a lot to be desired but the weather held up which is always a bonus

It is with regret I have to give this service a 2 star rating,since I got my car from this dealership a 22 plate Tiago bought in April,it has had fault problems,last one while I was coming back from holiday,the fault warnings popped up,lost most abs,lane assist and more,they had it Friday 21st oct 2022,came back with kmh not mph I was promised a call mon 24th no call so called Tues to be told guy had gone sick but back Wednesday so would call no call,they just don’t care,they are changing from listers vw to listers Volvo select,I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated I paid nearl £32000 for my car quick to take my hard earned money but when there’s a problem they make all the excuses,shame on you Leamington spa service centre,now let’s see if they call all I want is a reliable car that I paid for,not a lot to ask.

Very satisfied with the overall level of service, from booking the service of my Polo, to the handover, follow up call when complete and collecting my car. I also had a minor issue on my car that I demonstrated to one of the technicians - this issue was diagnosed and resolved quickly.

Contacted Listers Leamington to buy an ID3 in lockdown. Dealt with my enquiries quickly and came back to me, unlike Coventry and Nuneaton who failed to follow up my sales enquiry. Tom in sales was helpful, not an aggressive sales guy and was clear and accurate with the sale and details. Everything was dealt with swiftly. I think a couple of updates sooner during the build for a new car would of been a nice extra, as the VW tracker and website doesn’t update. Left some instructions for sales about how the car was to be prepped, and they indeed followed this, gave me a handover to my expectations and liking (not too in depth video tutorial which was exciting).
Car unfortunately had one slight defect from the factory so was covered under warranty, the garage accommodated the repair and followed up to check everything was okay and was done quickly. Overall, happy with the experience start to finish and would return again.
