Ravenscroft MOT and Service Centre

Why did the driver of the recovery van on hook road into Greywell on Friday evening need to follow me SO CLOSELY?? SO FRUSTRATING, BACK OFF!! I will deter anyone from using this service because of this one driver!!

Great service and communication by Jac at Ravenscroft. I have sent multiple of my cars in to them to be maintained and repaired. I have full confidence in the work being carried out and always notified prior of any work/parts that are needed. With the prices as well, I will continue to bring my vehicles to the guys.

We had our car Mokka break down near Basingstoke and Paul from Ravenscroft attended us after we called AA Roadside assistance. He has been very helpful in diagnosing the issue in the car and trying to find a workshop for us. Though he couldn’t find a workshop being this incident on a Sunday evening he was very helpful and professional in getting the car to safety by towing to my friends place. I would have wished to get my car fixed by this service centre after seeing Paul’s work. Thanks to him and Ravenscroft.

Friendly, family run business. I hear good things, but they've failed to call me back twice now with prices. Guess the holiday season slows things down, but not the best customer service to date.
