I had a really warm welcome. Very friendly staff and they diagnosed my problem really quickly. They even offered me a courtesy car for free which is really good. I'll be bringing my Saab back here again.

*Edit* - Well, I ended up buying a Saab here after writing the above. Just wanted to add that the car sale side of things was excellent as well. Great service throughout the process and I've come away with a fantastic car. Very happy.

I asked this dealership to source a Saab 93 Convertible early 2022 and they found one with which I am delighted.
I needed a new headlight bulb and I popped in and it was replaced in 10 minutes for the cost of the bulb.
I really feel that the staff at this garage value me and my custom.
Best car and garage of my life.

I originally bought my Volvo v40 from these guys after my friend recommended them to me. Its my 1st volvo and I have been really pleased so far. I recently took it back for a full service and mot which they did within a day and promptly had the car ready for me. Not to mention, they also lent me a courtesy car whilst mine was being serviced. Have had various bits of work done on my V70 here over the years. While you will pay a bit more than at generic garages, I have found that the quality of work and service is exceptional. Highly recommended.

After a Facebook group recommendation it sent them a message on a Sunday and to get a call back the next day Monday to get some more information off me . Arranged a day to call in and have it checked and told me what the problem was gave me a part number to get the part myself as my request. Part number spot on and part ordered as soon as part arrives will arrange to have the part fitted I would definitely recommend them so friendly and made welcome thanks for your help today 8/7/2022

I have just used Hallam & Sutherns for my Volvo V70 for an automatic gearbox service.
The service received was fantastic, explaining what was needed to be done, and taking onboard the advise with regards to the updated software. After consideration I decided to take the advise and get it done aswell. A short drive home and I can tell it does feel smoother. I will be back for a service.

This company are a credit to themselves . I had a problem and contacted them out of the blue. They had never met me before but treated me like I had known them all of my life . There service is second to non and professional to say the least . I would recommend them to anyone and I would not take my Volvo anywhere else .
