Really pleased with the service I received from PSC recently. Timing belt & water pump replaced at a cost far cheaper than the dealership price. I was able to book a courtesy car too, which made things much more convenient. My car was ready when they said it would be and there were no hidden charges. I'll certainly use PSC again.

Took my Mercedes CLS to them 13 months ago with a turbo problem. They fixed the car and were more than helpful and kept me updated throughout. Now to present day and the problem happened again, same part failed but was told it only came with 12 months warranty, but not an issue and honoured the previous work and part and fixed this time for free!
5 stars from me all round and a lot of garages could take a page out of their book!

We purchased a BMW last year and I did not want to pay main dealer prices for it’s service & MOT this year but equally did not want to take it to a small garage that may not have all the electronics equipment required nowadays. I find this a stressful process as it is always a risk choosing which company to entrust your car with. We decided to try PSC and were not disappointed. Staff are friendly and efficient, we were able to collect the car at around lunchtime having dropped it off at 8am, the BMW records had all been updated and the cost came in at less than 50% of what a main dealer would have normally charged. Based on our first experience, we will definitely use PSC again next time.

Mercedes B service. Considerably cheaper than main dealer. All parts are Mercedes so warranty not affected. Very straight forward no frills service. Full work report given along with the Mercedes server update. Very satisfied without the need to be charged for coffee etc.

Having bought my son a used Audi A1, I wanted to ensure it was 100% mechanically, and was "up to date" with servicing and required key items such as cambelt.

Came across PSC following such a high review average and had a look at their website...how refreshing to have such a clear site with pricing against the various services and tasks.

Having called up, it was quickly established by the friendly chap that cambelt and water pump should be done, along with a oil change service.

All booked in for the following week, and arrived just after 8am on the day to a friendly greeting, and then confirmation of what was being undertaken, licence details provided and was given a VERY tidy BMW 1 Series. Even offered option of manual or auto. Knocks the socks off main dealers, as far as cleanliness of vehicle!!

All went smoothly, and call received at 2pm, to say final test drive was underway, and car would be ready. Highly recommended, definitely back for MOT and annual service next year.

The staff are helpful and it all went smoothly.
One thing that struck me was the bill noted that oil changes are due at certain mileages. That could have been proactively managed as it appears mine is due a change. May be this could have saved another visit?

I own a 2 year old VW Passat, and had a engine management warning light. Went to the main dealer in Cheltenham and was told they cant see me for 3 more weeks. So went to PSC to book my car in for diagnostic, and was told they could fit me in a weeks time. Had a call the following day from a technician who had reviewed my booking details and was advised as my car was only 2 years old it was still covered under VW warranty, so I would not have to pay for diagnostic if I took it to a VW garage, rather than having to pay for Diagnostics at PSC.
So that's what I did went back to VW dealer and booked my car in over there for diagnostics in 3 weeks time and was advised if the problem got worse VW would cover all repairs since car is under warranty.

Thank you PSC for being honest and providing the right advise. PSC is definitely not in the business of just making a quick buck.

I will definitely be using this garage in the future.

Best garage so far. Has been recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Booked me in very fast, took all details of the issues, investigated and found the problems and resolved them for even less than the quoted price as they managed to use less materials than originally thought. Simply perfect service!
