Following damage to the rear of my car, when another car that ran into me, DLG Auto Services Warwick collected my car from my house for repair. They returned my car a week later and had made a superb job of the repairs. DLG kept me informed of the repair progress throughout, with a web based status site, txts and phone. DLG Auto Services are customer focused and their management of my car accident repair was outstanding from start to finish. So glad my insurer used DLG.

Very good at picking car up and delivering. Paint job good but a few little bubbles that needed polishing out. The problem was a thick black area round the opposite door ?? Heavy adhesive tape. Needs picking back up and sorting out. Pity about poor quality control

Arranged through Direct Line. Excellent service from start to finish. DLG were brilliant at keeping us up to date every step of the way. Car collected and returned to my home when they said. Car returned repaired and clean inside and out. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

Sadly I feel the work fell short of my expectations, panels are not aligned, rear light is loose, speaking with the engineer was challenging and all but called me a liar and claimed panel alignments where Manufacture faults! Not a good experience, however collection and delivery guys where great good communications and understanding.

I used DLG Warwick for an insurance claim to repair accident damage to the front of my car. The service I received was excellent from the picking up my car to the return handover. I was kept informed at all stages of the repair and the quality of the work carried out is excellent
