Excellent customer service and the ONLY people in and around the Bicester area who can properly balance a set of wheels on my cars.
These guys love their jobs, work neatly and know what they're doing.
Don't waste your time with anyone else when it comes to tyre fitment, alignment and balancing!

Jy and his team are absolutely fantastic. I have a 2003 Audi 4.2 petrol and they are super efficient and savvy. The car is now nearly as good as new. They know their stuff - and I highly recommend them. Good job team !!!

I found them to be honest and they went to great lengths to locate an annoying rattle in my car and unlike dealerships they don't rip you off.
I am shortly having new brake shoes and discs fitted and service & MOT will be done here when due.

I've used Pro-Auto a fair few times now and thought I'd wait to review until I had a good idea of what they are about. I have always had great experience dealing with them, they just seem like they are trying to do the best job for the customer and are always clear about what needs doing to your car, and why. Their work is good quality and good value and I find them to be really trustworthy, something that isn't always a given with garages these days! Thanks guys!
