Impact repair are one of Admiral approved repairers. At first I was a little concerned as my car was a 2016 Mercedes £40k car and really wanted Mercedes to repair the car. They gave me a little Fiesta to use which was fun to drive a little manual car again. Yes they did take a while to repair my car. But they did keep me updated along the way I did phone and have a little moan which I apologise to the Lady in the office for. When I got my car back it was immaculate one little problem which one of the lads sorted out for me straight away and they appeared to be happy to do. I mislaid my excess receipt which I needed so I phoned the lady in the office lovely polite concidering I had a rant at her two weeks before. She emailed the document I needed straight away. I bother and one of the lads also talked me through resetting my window whilst on the phone. Basically don't be afraid to use them clearly good at their job all of them. I run my own insurance brokerage and I will recommend my clients use them as well.

Would not recommend this company! We took the car to the garage 21st March for them to look at what work the car needed doing, a week later we had not heard from them and had to ring them ourselves to get the car booked in. The earliest they had 31 May which we understand as ordering parts etc. 30th may we received an email stating the could not take the car as they were too busy and will contact us next week with an update. Poor communication and customer service

Avoid. They painted my front bumper without removing the number plate they just masked around it. Very lazy workmanship and very poor quality paint.

Very poor would stay clear if possible, lost my car key in there care and locking wheel nut which I’ve realised recently from having a flat tire, made me wait in all day costing me money thinking that something was going to be resolved then to ring them at 4 o’clock on the day and for the manager to tell me there’s nothing they can do even tho it’s there fault I couldn’t get my tire off

I thought a video may be better than a pictures, I had a small collision where there was some slight damage to the front wing and bumper. The repair centre took 5months to repair my car! It was a week's job if that.

Unfortunately, they were an approved garage from my insurance so I had to use them also after reading the reviews I was feeling very reluctant.

I strongly advise not to use this repair centre, if your insurance is asking you to pay a small fee to use your own garage - thats your best bet! My car was returned to me in an unprofessional state, there was dirt under the paint, orange peel and the alignment of the bumper is off very badly.

I felt being female they thought they would get away with the poor quality job, it looked like spray cans were used in the back of a shed.

Save yourself the headache and go else where!!!

In the end my car was repaired properly. But the whole experience was a riddled with delays and shortcomings. I belive the pick up and the return of my car was delayed 3 or 4 times. But the worst part was because of their miscommunication (despite my endless reminders) with Admiral Insurance I was left stranded for 2 days without the replacement car. I couldn't go to work, my wife missed a hospital appointment and so on. In the end I got a replacement car and some (insufficient) compensation from Admiral Insurance.
