I’ve had a couple of experiences now where my car has required repairs and each time has been a very satisfactory experience at Suffolk Auto Services due to the unrivalled customer service and prompt, reasonably priced repairs. For example I turned up at midday (no appointment) with a faulty water pump that needed replacing as well as a couple of other things, these parts were ordered and fitted the same day ready for me to use the car the next day for work. Keith is a very knowledgeable, down to Earth guy who truly is a credit to the trade and I would recommend this garage to anyone!

Sorted out my car for the MOT (fixed a few issues needed to pass). Great guy, knows his stuff, and gets the job done in good time. Also cheaper than most garages re fixing the car. Would recommend, and will use this garage again.

Ive always been able to get my car into Suffolk auto services same or next day with the work completed expediently and professionally. They have also been able to accomplish jobs on my vehicle that other shops have sent me away with unfixed. They will be the only mechanic I recommend to anyone in the area!

My family and I were returning from Lidgate Farm in Isleham, when all the sudden, there was a horrendous sound, under the bonnet, resulting in a total loss of electrical instrumentation, engine cooling, power brakes and power steering. We just managed to drive home before the incident would result in permanent engine damage.

Once we arrived, I had begun ringing all the local garages, only to learn what I had already suspected, everyone was fully booked up. Fortunately for me, I discovered the advertisement for Suffolk Auto Services and they told me that they would look at the car, right away, and provided me with a number for a preferred towing service (all the others were not available), so my car was transported to the garage, the following afternoon, which was a Tuesday.

The same day, I received a text from Suffolk Auto Services with a breakdown of the required mechanical work, as well as what I believe was an extremely reasonable quote. I agreed and parts were ordered.

Fast forward, 48 hours later, received the text to advise me that the car was repaired. I was absolutely shocked that not only were they able to fit me in without notice, but they made sure to conduct the repairs in the most expeditious manner possible! All I can say is wow!!!

If you are looking for a garage where they do bang up mechanical work, look no further. In fact, I won't just recommend Suffolk Auto Services, I do intend to use them, in the future.

There is nothing more satisfying than receiving outstanding customer service, coupled with superior repair quality, all at a price that is reasonable. Further, I am a huge proponent for small businesses in the UK and this garage is such. Small business with BIG service!!!

My Mercedes had issues starting and I couldn't find a garage that was available to repair it! I was so glad when Keith picked up the phone and told me to just come over anytime! The car was troubleshooted immediately once I dropped the car. It wasn't able to start at first, but once the towing guy came, he was able to start it for some reason, so I just drove it here. Since the car was "drivable" (left it on when he was troubleshooting), it didn't catch any malfunctioning so he suspected the battery has too low of voltage (we tried jump start as well and it wouldn't work). So then, Keith order the battery and replaced it within a day!

Unfortunately, that wasn't the real issue because after he put the battery in, the car couldn't start again just like how I described it to him. That's when he was able to catch the real malfunctioning behind the steering lock system. He then explained and showed me the faulty codes that was showing up, and gave me the quote of replacing the system plus an oil change for my car's timely service at a very awesome rate! Oh! He also puts my functional battery back in without charging me for a new battery!

After that was all sorted out, I was amazed at how fast the job was done on the car that I was able to pick it up 48 hours later! I can't thank enough for him to be able to fix it for me in a timely manner because I really needed my car the next day to go somewhere. If I have trouble with my car next time, this will be the only place I go to! I highly recommend this garage to anyone who owns a Mercedes as he is a Mercedes certified mechanic! I had a good experience with Keith at Suffolk auto service. He is professional and did a good job repairing my vehicle.

Nothing but good words for this man - we've been having ongoing issues with our van for a little while now, and he's went out of his way to come to the van remotely to Lakenheath and work on it bit by bit.

He has a way of explaining things that's great for less-mechanically inclined blokes like myself, and has an allround positive vibe that makes you feel confident in the issue and work he does.

By far, one of the best places I've found for my vehicle's maintenance! Complete transparency, constant communication, and very detailed with questions and answers. The turnaround time was much faster than expected also! I've brought my vehicle here 3 times, for various reasons, and there was always time made for me. Their professionalism and friendly attitude has made me a lifetime customer!
