After months, if not years, of trying to source spare parts for our Mk.3 Ford Transit based camper van, recommendation sent me to Clark & Ortiz. After a brief discussion and later a visual inspection of the van they indicated knowing the possible location of the parts needed.
After a long lay off due to, my, health problems I made contact with the garage. They had not forgotten me and has found that which was needed. With that confidence in hand a date was agreed for the van to be delivered to them.
Within a short space of time the replacement parts were fitted and the van road tested. All was found to be functioning properly and I was allowed to pick the van up. It drove beautifully, I am delighted with the services offered and executed by Clark & Ortiz, especially Paul with whom I dealt.
The price charged for the work was VERY reasonable. There is no doubt when the occasion arises, hopefully not too soon, The Garage will be my first port of call to try and get the problem resolved

Had a full service done here after reading all the good reviews. Took it to a nearer garage a week later due to a sound at low speeds. They found the problem and also advised of another issue which should have been picked up in a service. This garage didn't mention anything wrong so it clearly wasn't checked properly. Not happy!
