Gearbox rebuild on my E90 BMW 330d. Great customer service and explanation of the work required with updates throughout the time the car was in the garage. Umberto clearly knows BMW's and cares about the quality of the work he does. Would highly recommend and will be back should I have any other problems or servicing needed on my 3 series.

Fantastic and trustworthy garage. Umberto is super knowledgeable and found the fault on my car on his first attempt, whereas other garages I'd took it to couldn't. His prices are fair and transparent. He and his staff are friendly, polite and professional. Highly recommend.

Nothing but troubles with this garage for 2 months, trying to complete one job. Promises made face to face and then become something completely different when the job is "completed" (not sure they ever did complete one job). Delays, lack of trust, owners who take no responsibility and then have the cheek to call their customers liars. Poor attitude, I feel sorry for some of the members of staff as they are trying their best to help, but the anger and incompetence from the owner triumphs above them. Workshop is messy cars everywhere, prices plucked out of thin air. Sworn at by the owner on numerous occasions, called a liar from both the owner and receptionist. I now have an engine in bits as they refuse to put it back together, blame me for cost of storage when I didn't agree to it being moved off site.

Shame as they came across as nice genuine people wanting to help on day one

2nd time Umberto has come to my rescue on BMW 1 series, this time replacing timing chain efficiently. Big shout out to Michelle and Gloria who are cheerful, professional and keep you updated. Can’t recommend highly enough. Well done!

This is a proper family run business that I’ve seen go from strength to strength over the years. The owner’s knowledge of engines & gearboxes is second to none, and when it comes to BMW I doubt there are many people could find their way around one like the owner Umberto.
If you prefer to put your business with people that are passionate about what you do, then you should give this garage a try.

AVOID!!!!!! I went with my car having an engine management light ON, he done a diagnose, told me is one part, he can fix it for around 400£. After a few days I called the garage to ask for updates, he even didn't order the part and told me that he needs to open the gear box and would cost me 1500£, he just took advantage that I have MOT coming on in couple of days and tryed to force me to fix it. Went to pick up my car, the garage was closed even it suppose to be open, the lady told me that I have to pay a fee of 40 "cash", she specify that twice, to be able to pick up my car. 👎👎👎 I pick up the car, after 2-3 days the light disappeared by itself. So in conclusion, as soon as you choose him definitely you will pay something, even the car is broken or not.
Update: if you had clean the connectors you have been told me and charged me, so don't play that card. But the car wasn't fixed, the light disappeared, but the problem was totally different.

I was probably one of for the roads worst customers, hence the long honest review. After multiple visits, few disagreements and money spent, was worth it all in the end. This garage didn’t give up, no matter what. Took my vehicle in on 3 different attempts. Any issues that needed looking into was addressed. Finally got my vehicle back and drives like a dream. Covered under a 12 month warranty with this garage for peace of mind. They rebuilt my entire engine and even went the extra mile.

Shout out to Michelle who is very understanding, listens to whatever you have to say and keeps professional, umburto is the owner, runs he’s garage very well and takes care of he’s staff from what I see.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use this garage.

You can trust them to do a job, if something is wrong you can have there word they will 100 percent look into it and let you know what it is. If it’s there fault or yours. And even if it’s yours they are very reasonable on there price and are always willing to help.

Company is run by a good bloke. And has good mechanics and customer service desk.

I can not recommend umberto and his team enough. I had my bmw 320i pretty much rebuilt by umberto and he has done a wonderful job now runs better then ever, very professional and explained exactly what had been done and would not let me pick car up until it was washed. Very good prices too I will definitely continue to use this garage with 100% confidence
