Brilliant service from the team at Walthamstow Central Garage. I took my car in to them for an MOT originally. It needed some repair, I was informed and given a fixed price of repairs needed in order to pass the test. My car is running smooth and have had no problems. I cant thank them enough. I have always had a bad experience as a single female and another garage locally quoted my twice the amount for the same level of repair work. I felt welcome and the service was friendly. Have recommended them to my friends and family that's how highly I rate them.

Phil and his team are great. They have done work on my BMW 3 series a number of times. As a car owner with little mechanical knowledge I am always nervous when something goes wrong as I don't want to be ripped off. Never had that problem here, the car is always carefully inspected and only essential work is done. I am informed of anything that may be on 'its way out' and when I should come back to get it checked. Fair prices and quick turn around! Keep up the good work!

I didnt actually have service done - and that's why I'm writing this 5 star review. I had a grinding on my brakes but they didn't need replaced, its normal first thing in the morning and I was reassured. I was ready to get new brake pads but he inspected and sent me on my way and told me to come back in a year as all my brakes were in great shape. In and out in less than 5 minutes with proper peace of mind and not a penny spent.

I saw the reviews on google, wanting to find a proper garage, with nice polite and reliable people, so I decided to start with something small, to test the quality of tge services, and go from there.
And I brought my 2014 Lexus is300H for wheel tracking and balacing, and yeah I was more than pleased with the man in charge of the garage, being polite, giving advice and being helpful. After my first experience I decided to go for the full service because it was due anyway, and I wasn't dissapointed at all. The prices are affordable, the level of politeness is there anytime of the day, the level of giving advices and info, everything that a car owner needs, its there.
Bottom line is, I recommend this garage any time, you won't go wrong with them, and you're level of security after their services it's present.
I hope this honest review will help other people as well, trying to find a very good and reliable garage for their cars.

Normally I don't trust in any mechanic, but I gave a try for their Google rating, and I'm really happy with my decision. These gentlemens are spot on friendly professional and customer focused, my car was done in a day with MOT and all the repairs, and at the end they explain to me everything what they've done and what I can expect in the near future. Not to mention it was all cost effective. All in all to describe how good my experience was, my first intention was to drive my pride and joy at 150mph straight to the Thames, to give them back for another service. Definitely coming back here. If you looking for a really good mechanic in this area - you found it!

Very thorough, professional, polite and top notch customer services along with immense knowledge on cars and their problems.
Although, I only had the Aircon gas refilled but have visited them in the past and have found them a brilliant service.

First I came to check why the air condition not starting. I knew that was electrical problem logically, there was no light on the switch at all. The guy explained to me that need to refill it and do some tests first before getting electrician. So £84 for not gas refill that wasn't necessary ( there was enough gas in it already) and one day lost. They do not honor your appointment actually. Even if u come on time for your appointment u live your car and when they have time they may look at it. So one day lost here. At the end of the day he said, yes u were right the problem is electrical, so we had to set appointment for other day to be fixed by electrician. Next time I came he even didn't remember there was an appointment and same thing, even after I came early in the morning I had to wait all day, just to let me know that I need to pay £84 for one hour labor so far plus some £300 for new ac pump plus another £120 labor. So I gave up, now I still don't have air condition running, but I am also £168 short for nothing and 2 days wasted (I am self-employed). Waste of time and money, not happy at all.
Conclusion,.... if you have extra money to spend for non sense and plenty of free time to wait then yes they may do the job for you eventually. But if you expect quality service done promptly at a normal price then look somewhere else

So, I actually saw a good review on Google and that was how I started going there but few weeks ago, I took my Mini Cooper there and I was quoted £498.25 to change two sensors.
Turns out I did not have to change them. It has been nearly two months since and the vehicle drives fine.
Sheer greed.
