Gibbo's Garage LTD - Car Service & MOT - Parking Sensors - Harlow

Brilliant service. I've taken a few vehicles to Gibbo's over the last year and always received great service. Booked my car in due to brake pad warning, needs replacing. This wasn't the case and just a faulty sensor. Fair to say that other well known !!! repair shops would have taken advantage, replaced and charged for work that wasn't needed. Not Gibbo's......Honest and transparent and just sorted the faulty sensor and on my way in 20 mins. Great work Gibbo's.

made an appointment at 8:00,they take my car for servicing at 8:50.
I told them I have some leaks on the gearbox and I need it to be fixed or changing the oil and on the end they done just the servicing.
Regarding the gearbox the just confirm that I have some leaks and told me that they can't repair any gearbox which was fair play to know from the beginning..
poor customer service...

Got let down by 2 garages this morning (monday).as needed dpf regen done.phoned gibbous garage at 9am.lady on reception said no problem bring down and we will sort it out for you.phoned at 3pm ready to collect.works been done.over the moon with the service .friendly professional team at gibbos garage.will be using them again soon as need more work done on my car.thanks.again.highly recommend them.good prices.reliable people

Only just started bringing our car here, and have had excellent service and clear explanations of issues and fixes.

Had my MOT done this morning. Looked for years for a nice, honest garage, that don't talk to you like you should know your carburettor from your steering wheel. I've always had such excellent service from Gibbos, it's the only garage I'll use. Lovely lady on reception. Welcoming atmosphere. Great guys doing the work. Best garage in harlow for sure.

Got me out of a really tight spot on a Saturday something went wrong with my car and fixed it that day at short notice! Will make this my go to garage in Harlow and believe me when I say there are plenty of dodgy garages around Harlow this most definitely is not one of them! Thanks guys :)

Can't recommend this place highly enough. So helpful and friendly and will definitely not rip you off!! Won't use anywhere else now.
