After watching Mr Terry on You Tube fixing a transmission issue we decided to give him a call. Mr Terry was extremely helpful, efficient, he was very honest and very clear about the work he needed to carry out, most importantly he fixed our car ! Thankyou very much and we will definitely use you in future!!

Never seen such kinds of dishonest and disrespectful person. He think we are mechanic engineer and know everything about car. Every single word will be an insult and abuse.He couldn’t fix the problem with wire connection and damaged my battery. Next day the car didn’t have any power and cost me £150 to fix by other mechanic . When I called him about the issues he said the battery connection was lose. My car was running well there was no such problem . He used the car battery and damaged it while checking something. He was dishonest and coward to inform me on the spot which could have save me £150 as well as unnecessary stress. I will burn my car other than using him again.

I take my car(Volkswagen) here for service and for all major and minor repairs I love the way he does his job. No regrets. Hat's off to Tahir Bhai.

After i saw his youtube video. I travelled nearly 80 miles and was in doubt if Mr. Tahir (Terry) is capable of fixing my Corsa speedometer needle fault. He fixed the fault and the speedometer is working 100%. He was an extremely polite, professional and honest person. He kept reassuring me over the phone. Quick and realisable. Very professional. Had issue with B class gearbox. Terry understood the issue and solved it without any issue.

I recently had my rear bumper damaged for my car, as I use the car for business and official work , the car did not look professional. Spoke to Hounslow motors and requested a quote for the work to be done, the owner was polite and courteous, gave me a good price for the body work and also gave the car back in the time I requested ( made a chage of day and time as well). As a customer I am very happy with the the work done on my car and the service I received. Will definitely visit again and recommend.
