Just picked my car up from here. It's running better than it has for years. Des is exceptional. Very trustworthy and reasonably priced. He seems to know the A class inside out. It's the 3rd time I've taken my car to him in the last 2 years (it's a bit far away from me to be straightforward) and each time I've been amazed how thourough and efficient he is. We took my fathers B180 diesel sports auto to Des as the Engine light had decided to come on. Whilst doing some research I came across some helpful videos from Des on youtube and decided to call and arranged to show him the vehicle. He investigated and fixed the issue. 100000% recommend anyone with an A class mercedes...found Sevan motors on a Mercedes forum when having problems with a starter motor. Luckily being based in london I took my 04 reg A210 evolution to him..just picked up my car today with brand new starter motor and my lovely little Merc was purring. The car drove like it did from off the Mercedes forecourt 18 years ago! He is a expert excellent mechanic...super lovely too. He really knows his stuff! He did some additional work to the car with bodywork and all done super professionally...I will not be using any other garage in future I will be visiting Sevan motors! Very very happy A class owner Thankyou !

I went to Sevan after seeing his name come up on owners forums time and again as he is well regarded as a a leading expert in the A-Class. The car has a very unusual engine which is hard to access and difficult to work on and can be damaged by unskilled workshops and cost many extra hours in labour. He inspected my car and found serious issues with rust and a faulty handbrake that could have been very serious. I was able to return my car to the dealership and get a refund in time because of his thorough inspection which was very reasonably priced. He has great tools and equipment available to him, even using an infrared camera to check my wheel bearing temperature's. I now have another A class and will only ever feel comfortable with Sevan repairing or maintaining it as it is clearly his passion and he has accrued such detailed knowledge on a particular series of specialist car's that would be a struggle to find elsewhere. He seemed to have many customers and also happy returning customers when I visited. Parking the vehicle was not an issue, there is plenty to do in the local area including Westfield shopping centre a short walk away if you need to wait.
