Great company. I was visited by Alan and Simon this morning to refit a windscreen and they were great lads, very professional, friendly and accommodating. The service received was above and beyond. National Windscreens have been great to deal with from the start with outstanding customer service. I will certainly use this company again in the future.

Incorrectly fitted 1st time round, didn't refit on second appointment, 3rd time round the finally got it sorted but there was still glass shards inside the car and the didn't clean the new windscreen correctly as it was covered in fingerprints and adhesive marks. Not happy with the service overall at all.

I cannot fault this company or its representative at all. Very professional and courteous nothing was too much trouble , my window was replaced and no mess left. Highly recommend this company. Thank you so much , please pass my gratitude on to your representative who fixed my window.

Completely happy with the booking system, the replacement carried out very professionally by Adrian. All carried out keeping to timetable and being informed of progress. Cannot fault the service hence the rating given.

Used this company through my insurance policy to repair a tiny chip on my windscreen. What an awful job the lad done . Called up to tell them to be told I'll have to cover the cost to replace it myself. Use autoglass, far better workmanship.

Update - called them on Saturday the 3rd of December to complain the day it was done.
Got told to call monday the 5th of December so remedy the bad job which i did on 2 occasions. Got told i would receive a call back within 48 hours to sort something out.
Its now friday the 9th of December and heard nothing back yet.

Update - a fitter come out yesterday morning 21st of January to replace my windscreen they ruined in the 1st place. This was replaced at my cost which I haven't paid yet as I refused to pay it untilthe car is put right.
The fitter pushed my bonnet lock in forcing the wrong key into the barrel. This resulted in my car being unusable for most of the day as he messed around with it trying to fix his mistake. He and another colleague were unsuccessful in trying to repair it. I have to wait on a bonnet lock repair being carried out and they also left my wipers broken but someone did call out later and tried to fix them unsuccessfully. I'm now of on holiday monday 23rd for a week will my front grill hanging of the car and faulty wipers. Then I'm straight of to work away for a week so any repair should have been carried out immediately as I require use of my car. I've had the car to kwik fit this morning who can't access under the bonnet to fix the wipers. I wouldn't use this company again, got to be the worst company I have ever used. I treat people the way I like to be treated, if I had ballsed a job up i done for someone id be there the next day to remedy it or got someone who could remedy it for me..... use auto glass ,far better workmanship and customer service

The initial contacts with the window fitter was a bit of a joke, as I was supposed to be contacted on the day what time he was turning up and this did not happen, secondly as he turned up it started to rain and was informed that he could not fit the new screen if it was raining, asking if they carried a gazebo to put but over the car was informed that they didn't, Hello it the UK and it rains, so had to make a 40 mile round trip to their depot. After this the job was completed professionally.

Had a windscreen replaced by these guys and while it looked OK at first, on my first drive of the car the rear view mirror trim fell off as all the clips had been broken and the when driving the trim down the side of the windscreen blew off and after I stopped I couldn't find! How the other side stayed on I don't know as when checked it only had 2 of clips attached as the others had been broken. So all in all the changed the screen but wrecked stuff getting it out, will definitely not use again
