I had a full check ,with a 40000 ml service to my DB9.
All done very quickly. Every one I spoke to was polite, fun and business like.

...it would be like this. Very high standard of work, deep knowledge of the cars, friendly and professional to deal with and very reasonable prices. There's even a fun '007' vibe in the office/waiting room. I can't recommend Will and his team highly enough.

After using Jaguar main dealers to service my Jaguar XFR for the last five years – originally at fairly reasonable cost - the latest hike in their charges was just too much, so I have just used AJ Tech for the first time. I am impressed. Although the car was only booked in for a minor service they discovered some issues such as incorrect rear brake pads fitted (smaller XF ones instead of XFR) and slightly buckled front wheels (potholes). Would the main dealer have discovered these on a minor service? I wonder.

Will and James are clearly both very experienced and instil confidence. It is great to be able to sit down and discuss any issues with the technicians who actually worked on the car or at least supervised it, not so easily achieved at a main dealer in my experience, and I am so pleased to have found a specialist garage which will be able to attend to any major problems with car in future as well as standard servicing.
