I just had my car serviced there, First they quoted £50 per hour, when I received my bill it was £70.00 and the owner Tish tells me that he never quoted £50,00. When i got the car, the glove compartment lock was broken, and the rear reverse light not working, a few days later the front light which was replaced by them stop working also. I just come back from the garage with my complaint . and they will not do do any thing about it despite I having approached the whole saga with calm and being polite. The whole experience has been a night mare, Do not go there.

The labour charges are what you would expect to pay in London. They will buy and fit new parts unless you specify you would like otherwise- worth doing if you have an old car. Kevin and Tish know what they're doing.

Quoted over me £2000 for a clutch after I had my car towed to them. I had it towed elsewhere and managed to have it done than LESS then they quoted me just for parts! £1000 - inc recovery/rescue from them!

Little and Pace are just fantastic. They did an MOT for me at very short notice and delivered the car to my home, ready for a major family outing the next day. Really nice people. Highly recommend.

The worst place in London please stay away.
They are there for the money but they aim to get it in the nastiest of ways.
I see others give them good rating may be they look after some people better because of their background

I got it done for £138 stay away please if you want honest people they are not your people.

Little & Pace rescued our Christmas! Our usual mechanic was on holiday and L&P were able to do a repair immediately. So helpful and professional. Within twenty minutes of calling they had taken possession of the car, and were able to give us a price for the works with an hour. Within 4 hours the work was done! We could not have asked for more.

I had a rear light casing changed today and they were superb from start to finish. They sourced the part for me and had the job completed within an hour. They called me to let me know the car was ready. Rebecca on reception was incredibly lovely and the mechanics very friendly too. Completely trustworthy and reliable!

I've been using these guys for the last few years having wasted an enormous amount of time (and money) with the official dealerships, who excel in ripping people off and taking far longer than necessary. These guys are far more flexible, friendly and reasonable cost-wise.

And - as an independent business owner myself - it's far better to support independents than corporates.
