Great service at a reasonable price. Battery flat on my diesel van after a month of no use, Rob was there within the hour, dealt with the issue in minutes for a reasonable fee. Give AA and co won’t come out to deal with issues when your car is parked at home thus was an absolute lifesaver.

I experienced a collapsed rear wheel bearing on a Saturday afternoon and had to be towed back to London. Rob was able to find a replacement part and have it fitted the next day (on a Sunday), which I was extremely happy and relieved about. He was friendly, courteous, and went the extra mile, even going as far as to give me a lift back home from his workshop!

I could not recommend Jump Start more. The cost of the part and labour was very fair and reasonable too. A*

Having found Rob through google whilst looking for a mechanic to work on my brake pads, the whole process from there on out was friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I had new pads and discs within 24 hours and everything was communicated clearly. This guy really goes the extra mile for his customers too - having driven us back home after dropping our car to him & offering us coffee on collection, those little things add to the service.

Cant recommend Jump Start enough. Really so very helpful from start to finish....not only did Rob quickly solve the problem of a completely flat battery he gave a reasonable price up front. I had a newly bought car and Rob took the time to help me around the workings of which I was unfamiliar as hadn't had a car for a number of years. Very nice friendly service.

Rob saved our bacon after we got a flat tyre on a Sunday evening. He really went out of his way to help, and was extremely professional and efficient with lots of useful advice. Really nice guy, highly recommended.

I was stuck unable to start my car owing to a degraded battery after a long period of standing because of COVID-19. I had stopped after a minor accident very late night on a Friday in central London. These guys were good on the phone, gave me an accurate estimate of when they would arrive and the quote was good value compared to calling the big name roadside assistance services. The chap turned up with all the gear and got me going in minutes. Very happy with the service.

I needed help back in March when my MOT test failed at Halfords (who were incredibly unhelpful) and so I needed to get the repairs done quickly due to a fast approaching expiry. Rob took my car in and did everything he could to fix the points of failure - even keeping my car in overnight given that I wasn’t able to keep it parked on a public street with an expired (and failed) MOT. This was a much appreciated gesture as it removed a lot of stress and worry.

He’s clearly a very passionate guy, knows his stuff and is a true professional! I will certainly be using him again!

Really impressed by the service we received. Within 20 minutes of ringing Rob had arrived and jumpstarted the car and we were on our way. He provided guidance on best next steps and was courteous throughout. Highly recommend!
