National Windscreens Aylesbury

A few little issues to begin with, to do with my Rav 4 Saftey Sense software, but all sorted in the end..they really went out of their way to get the glitch fixed.Thanks Martin and Jordan👍above and beyond the call of duty.

Absolutely terrible service, I have had a windscreen seal come off and is now loose so
When I go on the motorway, it’s flapping about. I contacted the Aylesbury branch to get this sorted as the closest to me. When I called, the lack of interest was obvious to see. I bought this car from the previous owner who had the windscreen changed and he included the receipt which I offered to show. The car was on their system but since I am the new owner of the car, they weren’t interested in sorting it out. Why does it matter who the owner is? It should be guaranteed on the car as that is what the windscreen is attached to. Now I have to pay somewhere to get this done as national windscreens doesn’t seem interested in sorting this simple job for a customer. I have used them before and had a seal come off so nothing really surprised me. The customer service needs to be improved here.

I would like to say how very happy I was with the service and politeness from the staff at the aylesbury branch. The guys there were very helpful polite and quick in fitting my new windscreen.
I will be recommending these guys to family and friends

Good if your insurance covers the windscreen... otherwise expensive!
