From my first email contact with them through to collecting my vehicle on completion, the entire process was a benchmark for how things should be done.

The fact that they billed me for less than their original estimate even though they carried out additional work on my blocked wipers was in my experience unprecedented and a very clear indication of integrity.

Unexpectedly the boot latch broke on my 2010 C180 Estate, I had a look myself and decided to just head down to Newtons and get their opinion, Daniel in service reception was super friendly and welcoming and he got one of the mechanics out straight away to have a look and diagnose it. Back into the office they had the car booked in for the next day!!
I had full costings for all the work including having a pre-existing issue with a noisy wheel bearing done too all at a fraction of what the main dealers wanted to do the work.
Absolutely faultless service and real old school customer service with a big smile. Very impressed and will be using them again. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone with a Merc

I have used Newtons on many occasions since 2019 for my SLK55s (two of them), from an initial healthcheck on both cars, mechanical maintenance, software updates, servicing and general fettling. They're always courteous, efficient and good value. A key factor is that I trust them - for their technical know-how of Mercedes cars and for fair treatment. I will be taking my ML350 as well.
