National Windscreens

Took great care to get the right windscreen before my appointment. Mine needed the job to be done at their shop due to the need for alignment tests of the camera in the back of the rear view mirror. Only downside is that their site is not gorgeous and it’s a good 10 minute walk to Aylesford for a cup of coffee.

Booked an appointment for my windscreen chip to be repaired. Company is what was recommended by insurance company.
The problem is the technician claimed to have carried out the repair only to find out a month later when having some other work done that the chip has not been filled in and repaired.
I have since found out this is common practice in order to gain more commision when your windscreen 's crack gets worse and you end up needing a complete change of windscreen. Absolute cons.
I could early feel and see the crack was not filled in but techician insisted the repair was carried out.
I will never use this company again.

Insurance windscreen replacement, was meant to do it at my home however due to the weather, had to drop it which wasn't a problem. Lovely chap working solo smash the job out and done to a high standard. 👏 much appreciate

Arrived at time pre-booked, member of staff was there to greet me. Told me how long it would take and that they would call me when ready to collect. Highly recommended can’t fault.

No issues at all. Windscreen repaired on the date and time agreed and within the duration agreed. Insurance checks done online prior to the appointment being made. Online booking makes things easy and they are able to adjust on the phone if need be. Phones are answered and staff helpful.

Completely useless both times I've used them had to end up putting the car right afterwards.
Second car they did the window shattered in the cold due to it being fitted wrong and under tension (bmw coupe so frame less). Then to add insult to injury they dropped a screw in the the seat runner jamming my seat so it couldn't go backwards or forwards. Just what you need on a coupe.

Had my windscreen repaored at the Basildon Centre. The guys there are so helpful and they even kindly dropped my car back to my house as i could not collect in time due to traffic. Top work from top people. Would 100% recommend ! Shout out to Mitch for dropping my car home!

Fitted a new windscreen 2 months ago, and damaged a £100.000 Lorry and I'm still waiting for it to be fixed the Maidstone branch that did it cannot tell me when it will be fixed as its the Complaints department that are dealing with it but don't phone you back with updates. It's just taking to long to put it right not a good service at all.
