These guys provide excellent service levels and are friendly and knowledgeable. I first used them in May to service my 520d. They did a full service using genuine BMW parts at a significant saving over the main dealers. I went in today for diagnosing a slight issue on my 10 year old 535d and, as expected, got excellent advice from them and the car is now booked in for a replacement oil hose. They are clearly experts on BMW cars and you get dealer level service at lower costs. If you have a BMW and want to maintain and service it to the highest standards I recommend that you pay them a visit. The cafe across the road is an added bonus too!

Staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable about BMW and Mini cars. They were able to diagnose and fix a problem with my car that three other garages couldn't figure out. Due to there specialist knowledge and honesty towards the customer, you wouldn't think it could get any better. It does as they do all this amazing work at a very reasonable price. Would recommend this garage to anyone with a BMW or a Mini.

Took my 1 series in to these guys with a dash fault, they diagnosed the fault and fixed it within 24hrs and only charged for the labour costs. (also replaced a light bulb on the car for free)

Took my 3 series here with a knocking noise after another so called BMW specialist told me it was the drivetrain.
Had it an hour and found it was cheap after market brake pads.
Took it home changed the pads and now it's fine.
Fantastic service and knowledgeable guys.
Will certainly return for all my maintenance.

I came in to have my AC checked and Mark immedietely identified the condenser was the issue. Left the car for two business days and received it in that time frame fixed and better than before. Even went beyond and topped up my coolant and sorted the missing rubber mounts to my engine cover.

Exceptional service and I would 100% Recommend it and use them again.

my bmw e60 broke down on my drive and i decided it needed a specialist repairer, recovered it to bm and Mark was very helpfull. the car was dropped off on Friday and i got a call saying that it was fixed, price was better than expected. I only have good things to say from my experience and will be using them again
